The board has fixed November 8 as the record date. "Board may consider payment of Second Interim Dividend, for the F.Y 2023-24, if any. The Company has fixed Wednesday, November 08, 2023 as the Record date for the purpose of payment of Second Interim Dividend for the F.Y 2023-24," the company's regulatory filing read.
