Advik Capital's rights issue closure deadline extended - Check details
According to an exchange filing, the rights issue, which opened for subscription on September 24, 2024, will now be closed on October 10, 2024.
Rights Issue: The rights issue of Non-banking financial company (NBFC) Advik Capital is open for subscription. The company in an exchange filing informed exchanges that it has extended the closure date for the rights issue. The subscription window for the right issue will now end on October 10, 2024.
"This has reference to the ongoing rights issue of equity shares by the Company which was opened on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 and was scheduled to close on Friday, October 04, 2024 has now been extended to Thursday, October 10, 2024, by Rights Issue Committee," the company said in an exchange filing.
According to the information available, the company's board has also fixed the price and record date.
The company said that September 12, 2024, has been fixed as the record date for determining the equity shareholders entitled to receive rights entitlements in the rights issue.
Earlier, the company reported a surge of around 140 per cent in net profit in the first quarter of the financial year 2024-25.
The company said that its quarterly net profit in June 2024 was Rs 2.22 crore as compared to Rs 0.91 crore in the same quarter last year.
Similarly, Advik Capital's net sales are at Rs 4.97 crore in the first quarter of the financial year 2024, up 11.18 per cent from Rs 4.47 crore in June 2023.
