REC dividend 2024: PSU to consider dividend on April 30—check out details

REC Q4 results, REC dividend 2024, REC board meeting: State-owned REC's board of directors is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, April 30 to consider a final dividend for the financial year 2023-24 along with PSU's fourth quarter results.

"This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of REC Limited will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 inter-alia for the following:-

1. To consider and approve audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024.

11. To consider and recommend final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2023-24." the Maharatna PSU said in a regulatory filing dated April 24. 

The REC stock on Thursday, April 25 traded 1.5 per cent higher to the day's high of Rs 446.9 on NSE.
