Power Grid Dividend Record Date 2023, Power Grid Dividend History: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited has announced its first interim dividend for FY 2023-24. The company, which is a Schedule 'A', 'Maharatna' Public Sector Enterprise of the Government of India, has also announced a record date and payment date for the same.

Power Grid's board has approved the first interim dividend of Rs 4 per share for the financial year ending March 2024.

"It is also informed that the Board of Directors have approved the payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (@40% of the paid-up equity share capital) for the Financial Year 2023-24."

Power Grid Dividend Record Date 2023 

The PSU has fixed record date as well for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders. According to the exchange filing, November 16 is the record date.

"It is informed that the Company has fixed Thursday, 16th November, 2023 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the Shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend."

The record date is the cut-off date that helps companies determine which shareholders are eligible to receive a dividend.

Power Grid has also informed the stock exchanges that the interim dividend will be credited into the accounts of eligible shareholders on December 6.

“The interim dividend shall be paid to the members on December 6, 2023," it added.
