Polycab India dividend: Polycab India's board on Friday announced a dividend of Rs 20 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each i.e., a 200 per cent payout. for the financial year 2022-23.

"The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend @ 200% i.e. Rs.20/- per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2022-23, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the company's filing said. 

Polycab India dividend 2023 record date 

Polycab India has not fixed a record date yet. The company's filing said, "The Book Closure and Record Date for dividend purpose will be intimated in due course." 

Polycab India dividend 2023 payment date 

"The dividend, if approved by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be paid on or before 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting," the company's filing further said.
