"The meeting of the Board of Directors of Persistent Systems Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024, and will continue on Sunday, April 21, 2024, at New Jersey Office, USA (EDT) to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company along with its subsidiaries for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024, and to recommend the final dividend, if any for the Financial Year 2023-24," the filing reads.
