"The board will consider declaration of interim dividend to the shareholders for the financial year 2023-24 at the meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 13th March, 2024," the company said in a regulatory filing on February 29.

Patanjali Foods' board has fixed March 21 as the record date for any such dividend, if declared.
"The Record date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of interim dividend shall be Thursday, 21st March, 2024," it said.
