Patanjali Foods dividend: Edible oil manufacturer Patanjali Foods' board announced an interim dividend of Rs 6 per equity share of the face value of Rs 2 each for the financial year 2023-24. On Wednesday post market hours, Ruchi Gold oil maker's regulatory filing read, "Declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 6/- (i.e. 300%) per equity share on 36,19,18,554 (net of 76,299 treasury shares) of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2023-24."

The payment of the same will be made on or before April 11, 2024, according to the company's communique.

The company's board has fixed March 21 as the record date as intimated earlier. 

"Board of Directors of the Company has fixed Thursday, 21st March, 2024 as the “Record Date” to ascertain the name of the eligible shareholders / beneficial owners of the equity shares of the Company to whom the aforesaid interim dividend shall be payable.," it said.

In addition, the company board also approved pre-mature redemption of 1,79,22,540 - 0.0001 per cent cumulative redeemable non-convertible preference shares of the company out of the profits of the company.
