Stocks to watch: The SGX Nifty indicates a positive start to trading on Friday. At 8:52 am, the Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) traded 48 points, or 0.26 per cent higher at 18,808 levels.

IKIO Lighting: The shares of the company are slated to list today on exchanges. The IPO was subscribed 68 times.

ONGC: India's top oil and natural gas producer, ONGC, has signed a pact with the nation's largest oil refining and fuel marketing company, Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), to explore opportunities in the petrochemicals business. Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) and IOC "signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to explore downstream opportunities, especially in petrochemicals, both through greenfield projects and through acquisitions," ONGC said in a tweet. 

Ashok Leyland: Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan have maintained an "overweight" rating on the stock with a target price of Rs 178 and Rs 175, respectively.

ITC: Nomura has maintained a "buy" on the stock with a target price of Rs 485.

TVS Motor Company sold its entire holding, constituting a 43.54 per cent stake in Emerald Haven Realty, on Thursday.

Zensar Tech: Motilal Oswal Securities has downgraded the stock to neutral. It said the absence of near-term growth levers will limit the upside.

Wipro: The stock will turn ex-date for the share buyback today. The company had announced a Rs 12,000 crore share buyback in May.

Titagarh Wagons: As per news reports, a consortium of Ramkrishna Forgings and Titagarh Wagons has won an order worth Rs 12,226.5 crore from the Indian Railways to manufacture and supply 15.4 lakh forged wheels over 20 years.

HDFC Life: Shares of HDFC Life Insurance Company, an insurance company, are all set to trade ex-dividend on Friday, June 16. Last month, HDFC Life approved the payment of a Rs 1.90 final dividend per equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each for FY23 to its shareholders.
