ONGC dividend 2024: The board of directors of the Maharatna PUS Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC) is set to meet on May 20, 2024 during which it may announce a final dividend for investors. According to an exchange filing, the board will also consider financial results during the scheduled meeting.
ONGC Share Price
Shares of ONGC opened at Rs 271.05 on Thursday but soon went down to Rs 270.35 amid selling pressure. Last seen, the counter was trading at Rs 270.85 on the BSE, down by 2.15 per cent from the previous close of Rs 276.80. The shares of ONGC - which has a market cap of Rs Rs 3,40,611 crore - have a 52-week high of Rs 292.95 and a 52-week low of Rs 150.70.

Meanwhile, global brokerage firm Jefferies has recommended a buy call to ONGC with a target price of Rs 390. From the last closing price of Rs 276.80, the stock has the potential to give a positive return of around 40 per cent. Motilal Oswal too has issued a buy call for ONGC shares with a target price of Rs 315 per share.
