Share Market News, Nifty 50/Sensex/BSE 500 Stocks to Track: Domestic equity benchmarks entered suffered steep losses on Monday, more than erasing gains to the tune of half a per cent each in the first session of Samvat 2081 on Friday, amid a sell-off across sectors with financial, energy and FMCG shares being the worst hit. The Sensex plunged 941.9 points, or 1.2 per cent, to end at 78,782.2 while the Nifty50 settled 5 points below the psychologically important 24,000 mark, losing 309 points, or 1.3 per cent, from its previous close.
