Stocks in News, Shares in News: Domestic equity benchmarks finished a choppy session in the red on Wednesday as losses in financial shares outweighed gains in energy and IT stocks. Both headline indices closed 0.1 per cent lower. The Sensex fell 50.6 points to settle at 78,148.5 while the Nifty50 gave up 19 points at 23,689.

Kellton Tech Solutions plans to raise Rs 84.49 crore through warrants at an issue price of Rs 153.63.
