Nestle India dividend: Maggi, KitKat maker board to meet on this date to consider a payout

Nestle India dividend record date, Nestle India Q1 results date: Nestle India—whose popular brands include Maggi, Milkybar, Kit Kat, Nescafe, and Milkmaid—on Thursday informed the exchange about its upcoming board meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, July 18 to consider the declaration of an interim dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25 along with unaudited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2024, on July 25.

"This is to inform you that declaration of an interim dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, if any, shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting proposed to be held on Monday, 8th July 2024," the FMCG firm's regulatory filing dated June 20 said.

Nestle India, the packaged food and beverage company has fixed a record date as July 16 for the final dividend for the fifteen-month financial year ended 31st March 2024.

Nestle India will also determine the entitlement of members to the interim dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25 that may be declared by the Board of Directors on July 8. "Intimation of the record date in this regard is enclosed with this letter," it added.

The company, which houses over 2,000 brands, including names such as Maggi, Nescafe, and KitKat, among others, said that interim dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, in case declared, will be paid on and from August 6 along with the final dividend for the fifteen months financial year ended 31st March 2024, if approved by the shareholders at the 65th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 8.
