Kolkata-based non-banking finance company (NBFC) Mufin Green Finance has informed exchanges that it has allotted non-convertible debentures of up to Rs 30 crore through private placement.

According to the information available, the non-convertible debentures have a face value of Rs 10,00,000 each. The total number of securities issued is 300.

"We wish to inform you that the Company has issued and allotted rated, unlisted, secured, senior, redeemable, taxable, transferable, nonconvertible debentures denominated in Indian Rupees through private placement having a face value of INR 10,00,000 each," the exchange filing said.

The interest rate for these debentures is 10.90 per cent which is payable annually.

The allotment was done on August 1, 2024.

Date of Maturity 

First Redemption Payment: 05th June, 2027

Second Redemption Payment: 05th June, 2028

Third Redemption Payment: 05th June, 2029

Final Redemption Payment: 05th December, 2031

Earlier, Mufin Green allotted 2,484 rated, unlisted, secured, senior, redeemable, taxable, transferable, nonconvertible debentures (NCDs) for a face value of Rs 1 lakh each at par aggregating to a total size of 24.84 crore.

The NCDs were issued on a private placement basis to identified investors at the interest rate of 10.90% per annum payable annually.

As per the company, the proceeds will be utilised for working capital and expansions in the portfolio.
