Nalco dividend: Navratna PSU stock trades ex-date

Nalco dividend 2024, Nalco dividend 2024 record date: National Aluminium Company Ltd (Nalco)  shares traded ex-dividend on Friday, February 23. Earlier, the company's board approved a second interim dividend, of Rs 2 per share, for the current financial year.

"The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 13.02.2024 have approved payment of 2nd interim dividend @ Rs.2/- per share (40% on Face value of Rs. 5/- each) on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 918.3 crore for the financial year 2023-24," the Navratna PSU said in a regulatory filing on February 13.

The company reported an almost two-fold rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 470.6 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023, as its total income expanded to Rs 3,397.9 crore from Rs 3,357.7 crore a year ago.
