BHEL shares that closed at Rs 311.30 apiece in the previous session rose by 1.90 per cent to Thursday's high of Rs 317.20 each.
The BHEL stock that began trading at Rs 314.00 on Thursday was trading lower by 0.34 per cent, or Rs 1.05, at Rs 310.25.

Benchmark Nifty 50, in the mean time, has jumped by 11.23 per cent in the one month, 12.39 per cent in the six months and 25.54 per cent in the one-year period.
