Marico dividend 2024 record date: Homegrown FMCG major Marico announced an interim dividend of Rs 6.5 per equity share of Re 1 each for the financial year 2023-24.
That marked the second interim dividend for the current financial year, Mumbai-headquartered Marico, whose popular brands include Parachute, Nihar, Saffola, Livon and Set Wet, said in a regulatory filing post-market hours on Tuesday.

Earlier, the company's board fixed March 6 as the record date for any such dividend.

According to the FMCG company, the second interim dividend will be paid to such shareholders on or before March 28.
The company also informed the exchanges about the appointment of Nikhil Khattau as additional director (non-independent non-executive) with effect from April 1, 2024, liable to retire by rotation and subject to shareholders' approval.

Marico reported a 15.9 per cent increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 386 crore though its revenue from operations declined 1.9 per cent to Rs 2,422 crore for the third quarter of the current financial year.
