Besides, the company's board will consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023.
Macrotech Developers' regulatory filing said," Recommendation of dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2023."
"To consider issue of fully-paid bonus equity shares to the members of the Company," the regulatory filing further said.
