LTIMindtree dividend 2023: LTIMindtree on Thursday announced a final dividend of Rs 40 per equity share of face value Re 1 each, translating it to a dividend of 4000 per cent.

LTIMindtree in its regulatory filing said, "In the aforesaid meeting, the Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of Rs. equity share of Re. 1 each, for approval of the shareholders."

The Technology firm has not fixed a record date yet. It will be updated in due course of time. "The Record Date for the purpose of determining shareholders eligible to receive dividend and the date of the AGM, shall be intimated in due course," the company's filing said.

The final dividend will be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of company's Annual General Meeting.
