850% Dividend: L&T Tech announces interim dividend - Check record date and other details

L&T Technologies Dividend: L&T Technologies Services or LTTS on Tuesday announced an interim dividend of Rs 17 per equity share of face value of Rs 2 each or 850 per cent.

The company has fixed October 27 as the record date for the purpose of this purpose. A record date is a date on which an investor should have the shares of a particular company to be eligible for receiving dividends, bonuses, etc.
"The Interim Dividend shall be paid to equity shareholders of the Company whose names will appear in the Register of Members or in the records of the Depositories as Beneficial Owners of Equity shares as of Friday, October 27, 2023, which is the Record Date fixed for the aforesaid purpose," the company said in an exchange filing.
Earlier to this, the company had announced a final dividend of Rs 30 in July 2023.
L&T Technologies Share Price
L&T Technology Services' share price settled at Rs 4,631 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Tuesday, down by 1.24 per cent. The scrip had opened at Rs 4719.90 against the previous close of 4690.30.
So far this year, the company has given a postive return of over 24 per cent. In last one year, the company has made investors richer by 26.04 per cent.
