Jyothy Labs dividend: Board announces 300% dividend

Jyothy Labs dividend: Jyothy Labs announced a dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of Re 1 each, i.e., a 300 per cent dividend payout for the financial year 2022-23. 

"Recommended a Dividend of Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three only) per equity share of Re.1/- each for the financial year 2022-23, which if approved by the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid/ dispatched on or after July 27, 2023," the The Mumbai-headquartered company's filing said. 

The 32™ Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on July 25, Tuesday.

The counter opened at Rs 192.25 on NSE. Jyothy Labs shares have given nearly 32 per cent returns over a one-year period, a period in which the Nifty50 has given a positive return of nearly 8 per cent.
