Jyothy Labs dividend: Board announces 300% dividend
Jyothy Labs dividend: Indian equity benchmarks Nifty 50 and Sensex were under pressure on Wednesday, tracking nervousness among investors globally ahead of a key decision on benchmark interest rates by the Fed, the US central bank.
Jyothy Labs dividend: Jyothy Labs announced a dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of Re 1 each, i.e., a 300 per cent dividend payout for the financial year 2022-23.
"Recommended a Dividend of Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three only) per equity share of Re.1/- each for the financial year 2022-23, which if approved by the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid/ dispatched on or after July 27, 2023," the The Mumbai-headquartered company's filing said.
The 32™ Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on July 25, Tuesday.
