ITC Dividend 2024: FMCG major recommends 750% final dividend - Check record date and other details
ITC Dividend 2024: Together with the interim dividend of Rs 6.25 per ordinary share declared by the Board on January 29, 2024, the total dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2024 would be Rs 13. 75 per ordinary share of Re 1 each.
ITC Dividend 2024: FMCG major ITC on Thursday announced its earnings for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024. While announcing the results, the board of directors of the company also recommended a final dividend of Rs 7.5 of 750% per equity share of face value of Re 1 each.
"Recommended Final Dividend off 7.50 per Ordinary Share off 1/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024, subject to declaration of the same by the Members at the
ensuing 113th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company convened for Friday, 26th July, 2024," the company said in an exchange filing.

The company has also informed exchanges that it has fixed June 4 as the record date to identify the eligible shareholders for this corporate action.
"The board has fixed Tuesday, 4th June, 2024 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the Members for payment of Final Dividend referred to in (a) above," the company said.

According to the exchange filing, if the final dividend is declared it will paid to eligible shareholders between July 29, 2024 and July 31, 2024.
"the Final Dividend, if declared, will be paid between Monday, 29th July, 2024 and Wednesday, 31st July, 2024 to those Members entitled thereto," the filing reads.

Meanwhile, the company reported a marginal decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 5,190.71 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2024. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 5,242.59 crore in the same period previous fiscal, ITC said in a regulatory filing.
Revenue from operations in the fourth quarter was at Rs 19,446.49 crore as against Rs 19,058.29 crore in the year-ago
