IRCTC dividend 2023 record date, IRCTC share price NSE: Shares of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (NSE: IRCTC) traded ex-dividend today, August 18. IRCTC, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Indian Railways under the Ministry of Railways, had recommended a final dividend of Rs 2 per equity share with a face value of Rs 2 each for the financial year 2022–23. IRCTC shares opened at Rs 647.5 and gained as much as over one per cent to touch the day's high of Rs 656.9 from the previous close of Rs 649.1 on NSE. However, IRCTC shares finished down 0.71 per cent at Rs 642.5 apiece on NSE.
