IOC Dividend 2024 Record Date Latest News; IOC Share Price NSE, BSE: Shares of public sector undertaking Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOC) gained on Thursday after four days of consecutive fall. The counter opened at Rs 164.30 and gained slightly to trade at Rs 164.85 even as benchmark indices declined in early trade tracking weak trends from Asian markets and foreign fund outflows.

According to BSE analytics, the counter has declined over 2.81 per cent in the last two weeks. However, the multibagger PSU stock has surged over 84 per cent in one year and 124 per cent in two years. It has gained over 26 per cent so far this year.

IOC Dividend 2024 - Amount

The board of directors of the Indian Oil Corporations Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs 7, or 70 per cent, per share with a face value of Rs 10.

Earlier to this, the company paid an interim dividend of Rs 5 and a final dividend of Rs 3.

IOC Dividend 2024 - Record Date

The Board of Directors of the company has fixed July 12, 2024 as the record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders for this corporate action.

"Friday, July 12, 2024, as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of members to receive final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2024," the company said in an exchange filing.

Meanwhile, the 30-share BSE Sensex declined 149.41 points to 78,524.84 after hitting a new all-time high of 78,771.64 in early trade. The Nifty dipped 47.45 points to 23,821.35.

Among the 30 Sensex companies, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tech Mahindra, Larsen & Toubro, HCL Technologies, Maruti, Bharti Airtel, Tata Consultancy Services and Nestle were the biggest laggards.
