Vedanta, Infosys, LIC, M&M, HUDCO, and Prataap Snacks among top stocks to track today
Stocks to watch: Infosys said on Tuesday it was collaborating with Microsoft to jointly develop industry-leading solutions that leverage Infosys Topaz, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure Cognitive Services. LIC has increased its stake in Concor from 4.994 per cent to 5.023 per cent.
Stocks to watch: At around 8:03 a.m. on Wednesday, September 27, the GIFT Nifty futures traded 47.5 points, or 0.24 per cent, lower at 19,618.5, suggesting a flat-to-negative start to trading on Dalal Street.
In Tuesday's session, the S&P BSE Sensex declined by 78 points to settle at 65,945.47 in a listless trade due to profit-taking in select IT and banking shares, in line with weak Asian markets and continuous foreign fund outflows.
The broader Nifty dipped 9.85 points, or 0.05 per cent, to end at 19,664.70. As many as 23 Nifty shares declined while 27 closed in the green.

Infosys: Infosys said on Tuesday that it was collaborating with Microsoft to jointly develop industry-leading solutions that leverage Infosys Topaz, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure Cognitive Services.
"Both organisations are bringing together their respective artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to enhance enterprise functions with AI-enabled solutions across multiple industries," Infosys said in a statement on Tuesday.
LIC: LIC on Tuesday said that its shareholding in Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) had increased from 3,04,31,759 to 3,06,09,408 equity shares, increasing its shareholding from 4.994 per cent to 5.023 per cent of the paid-up capital of the said company.
HUDCO: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) announced on Tuesday that it had assigned the additional charge of the post of chairman and managing director, HUDCO, to Kuldip Narayan, joint secretary (HFA), MoHUA, with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post or till a regular incumbent joins the post, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.

Century Textiles: Birla Estates Pvt Ltd, a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Century Textiles and Industries Limited, informed on Tuesday that it had successfully sold out phase 1 of Birla "Trimaya within 36 hours of its launch. With 556 units booked, accounting for an approximate Rs500 crore booking value, the company has solidified its position as a leader in the luxury residential real estate market of Bengaluru," Century Textiles said in a BSE filing on Tuesday.
Birla Trimaya, the 52-acre land parcel situated in North Bangalore, is in joint partnership with M. S. Ramaiah Realty LLP.
Vedanta: Moody's Investors Service has downgraded the corporate family rating (CFR) of Vedanta Resources Ltd., the parent company of India-listed Vedanta Ltd. over elevated risks of debt restructuring over the next few months.

AB Fashion/TCNS Clothing: ABB Fashion has completed the acquisition of 22 per cent of the expanded share capital of TCNS. After this acquisition, the company has 51 per cent expanded share capital.
Star Housing Finance Ltd: The company's promoter, Akme Build Estate Ltd sold 4 lakh shares and reduced their holding from 1.51 per cent to 0.99 per cent.
Voltamp Transformers: Promoter Kunjal Lalitkumar Patel sold 12.14 lakh shares, or a 12 per cent stake, at Rs 4633.09 per share. On the other hand, multiple investors bought shares worth Rs 325.71 crore in the company.
Rama Steel: Promoter Naresh Kumar Bansal sold 1.4 crore shares, or 2.76 per cent, at Rs 36.01 per share and reduced the stake to 30.27 per cent from 33.03 per cent.
HLE Glascoat: The promoter sold 24.74 lakh shares, or a 3.61 per cent stake, at Rs 505.28 per share and reduced the stake to 63 per cent from 66.61 per cent. Conversely, DSP Mutual Fund A/C- DSP Micro Cap Fund bought 24.01 lakh shares at Rs 505 per share.
Som Distilleries & Breweries Ltd: Promoter Jagdish Kumar Arora bought 10,000 shares and increased his stake from 34.48 per cent to 34.49 per cent in the company. '
Suzlon Energy: The company will terminate the Dilip Shanghvi and Associates Shareholder Agreement made in 2020. Hiten Timbadia, the nominated director of the investor group, has also resigned.
