Infosys dividend: Stock trades ex-date

Infosys dividend 2023, Infosys share price NSE: Shares of Infosys (INFY) — the country's second-largest IT services exporter — traded ex-dividend today, June 2. Infosys announced an interim dividend of Rs 17.50 per equity share. Infosys shares on Friday declined by as much as Rs 11.95 or 0.91 per cent to Rs 1,307.55 a share on NSE in the morning trade, post adjustments of the IT major shares. Infosys shares finished down 1.5 per cent or Rs 19.8 at Rs 1,299.7 apiece on NSE.

June 2 has been fixed as the record date."The record date for the purposes of the Annual General Meeting and payment of the final dividend is June 2, 2023," the company's filing said. 

Infosys dividend 2023 payment date 

The dividend will be credited directly to the bank account of the shareholders. As per the company's regulatory filing, the dividend will be paid to the shareholders on/before July 3, 2023.

Infosys share price history 

Infosys's stock has given a negative return of over 13 per cent in the last 12 months (from June 2, 2022). In comparison, the headline index Nifty 50 has rallied nearly 12 per cent.
