IIFL Finance declares Rs 4 dividend - Check record date and other details

IIFL Finance Dividend 2024: IIFL Finance, a finance and investment services company, on Wednesday announced an interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity share of face value of Rs 2.  

IIFL Finance Dividend 2024: Record Date

The board of directors of the company has fixed January 25, 2024 as the record date for this corporate action. The record date is the day when a company finalises its list of shareholders who will be eligible for the dividend.

IIFL Finance Dividend 2024: Payment Date

IIFL Finance has also announced that the interim dividend will be paid on or before February 15, 2024. 

Meanwhile, the company's standalone net profit fell 17.2 per cent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 131.6 crore for the quarter ended December. 

However, IIFL Finance's consolidated net profit surged 28.8 per cent on a YoY basis to Rs 545.19 crore in Q3FY24.
