HUDCO Share Price Today: Shares of Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited or HUDCO - an Indian public sector undertaking - opened in green on Friday. The counter started the session at Rs 252.20 and went on to touch the day's high of Rs 257.40 - a jump of around 3.1 per cent from the previous close of Rs 249.65 on the BSE.

However, the stock tumbled amid selling pressure and touched a low of Rs 246.90. Last seen, the counter was still in the red and trading at Rs 249.50.

The counter of the HUDCO, with a market cap of Rs 49,837 crore, has a 52-week high of Rs 299.90 and a 52-week low of Rs 56.91.

The shares of HUDCO have given a multibagger return of 305 per cent in one year and 597 per cent in two years. However, the counter has given a negative return of 9.51 per cent in one week.

Meanwhile, HUDCO on Thursday said it has signed a pact with IIFCL to collaborate for extending infrastructure co-financing and other services.

HUDCO said it "has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd (IIFCL)...With the aim of reinforcing cooperation and collaboration to leverage respective strengths for extending Infrastructure co-financing, refinancing, project management consultancy services and capacity building activities." 

The MoU was executed by Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD of HUDCO, and Padmanabhan Raja Jaishankar, Managing Director of IIFCL, in the presence of the senior officials of both the Central Public Sector Enterprises, including M Nagaraj, Director (Corporate Planning) of HUDCO, and Pawan K Kumar, Deputy Managing Director of IIFCL.
