Last month, HDFC Life approved the payment of a Rs 1.90 final dividend per equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each for FY23 to its shareholders. "Recommended final dividend of Rs 1.90/‐ per equity share of face value Rs 10 each for the financial year 2022‐23, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting  (AGM)," the company's filing said.

The record date for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of the shareholders to the final dividend of Rs 1.90 per share has also been fixed as June 16.
