HAL dividend: Board announces 150% payout

HAL dividend 2023, HAL dividend 2023 record date: Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) on Tuesday announced a final dividend of Rs 15 for the financial year 2022-23, a 150 per cent payout given the face value of Rs 10 apiece.

As per the company's communique, the final dividend shall be paid to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of its approval.

Besides, HAL's board approved the sub-division of equity shares. In its regulatory filing, the company said its board has agreed to the sub-division or stock split of the existing 1 equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each fully paid up into 2 Equity Shares of Rs 5 each fully paid up.
