These three stocks to turn ex-dividend, ex-split today

Stock dividend, split today, March 20: HAL, Ujjivan Financial Services will trade ex-dividend and Continental Securities will trade ex-split today, March 20, according to the BSE website. Typically, the price of a stock is adjusted when a company distributes dividend and splits equity shares.

HAL Dividend 2023 Record Date

Hindustan Aeronautics has announced an interim dividend of Rs 20 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10 each. The stock will trade ex-dividend today, March 20. The Indian aerospace and defence company has also fixed March 20 as the record date.

"The Board of Directors of the Company has, inter-alia, declared second interim dividend of Rs 20 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up 200% for the Financial Year 2022-23," the filing said.

Ujjivan Financial Services Dividend

Ujjivan Financial Services has announced an interim dividend of Rs 5 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10 each. The stock will trade ex-dividend today, March 20. March 20 is also the fixed record date, 

"We hereby inform that the Board of Directors in its Meeting held today on March 10, 2023, has considered and
approved an Interim Dividend of 50% i.e. Rs. 5 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each," the filing said.

Continental Securities Stock Spilt Record Date

Continental Securities will trade ex-split today, March 20. The record date is also March 20. The stock will split in a 5:1 ratio. The face value will be split from Rs 10 to Rs 2 apiece.
