HAL dividend 2023 record date, HAL share price NSE: Shares in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) gained as much as 2.5 per cent to clock a 52-week high of Rs 4,135 apiece, surpassing an earlier peak of Rs 4,049.9 touched on Wednesday, August 23. The stock traded ex-dividend on Thursday, a day after the successful landing of the lander module of ISRO’s third lunar mission, the Chandrayaan 3, on the Moon. HAL contributed to the construction of Chandrayaan-3. The public sector aerospace and defence company announced a final dividend of Rs 15 per share of the face value of Rs 10 apiece, meaning a 150 per cent payout for the financial year 2022-23.
According to the company, the final payout will be considered by shareholders in the company's 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 31. HAL shares finished down 1.15 per cent at Rs 3,970 apiece on NSE.
