GM Breweries bonus share, GM Breweries dividend 2024: GM Breweries, an alcohol manufacturing company, announced on Thursday, April 4, a dividend of Rs 7 per share for its shareholders along with its results for the January–March quarter of the financial year 2023–24 (Q4FY24).

Moreover, the company has also recommended the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:4, i.e., one new fully paid bonus equity share of Rs 10 each will be given for every four existing fully paid equity shares of Rs 10 each held as of the record date.

The bonus issue of equity shares will be subject to approval by members of the company.
