Glenmark Life Sciences board to consider Q2 results, dividend on this date

Glenmark Life Sciences dividend record date 2023: Mumbai-based active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) manufacturer Glenmark Life Sciences’ board is scheduled to meet next week to consider and approve its quarterly financial results and what could be the company’s first interim dividend for the current financial year.

The board is scheduled to meet on Monday, October 9 to consider the financial results for the quarter ended September 30 and an interim dividend.

"It is further informed that the record date for payment of interim dividend if declared, will be Tuesday, October 17, 2023," the company said in a regulatory filing.
