GAIL share price target 2024: Brokerage firm revises target for this Maharatna PSU stock - Buy, Sell or Hold?

GAIL share price target 2024: State-owned oil and gas giant GAIL is one of the companies that remain on investors' radar. The counter opened at Rs 185.05 on Friday and surged 1.8 per cent to hit the high of Rs 186, which is 1.76 per cent away from the 52-week high of Rs 187.8 on the BSE. The shares of GAIL, which has a market cap of Rs 1,21,211 crore, have a 52-week low of Rs 102.10. 

The stock has been gaining for the last two days.

Brokerage firm Citi has maintained a 'Buy' rating on this stock but has revised the target to Rs 200 from Rs 195. 

According to Sumeet Bagadia, Zee Business panellist and Executive Director & Head of Technical Research at Choice Broking, GAIL would show a good upward trend from the current price.

"There is momentum in this sector and GAIL is expected to show an upward trend in the coming days. Positionally, this stock will cross the level of Rs 200 and in the short-term, it will touch the target of Rs 192/192.50."
