GAIL dividend 2024, GAIL dividend 2024 record date, GAIL dividend news: State-run natural gas major GAIL's board on Monday, January 29 announced an interim dividend of Rs 5.5 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10, i.e., a 55 per cent payout for the current financial year along with financial results for the October-December period. 

"The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 29.01.2024, inter-alia, approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2023 and the payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2023-24 @ 55 % (Rs.5-5 per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company," the company's regulatory filing read.

Earlier, the company fixed February 6, Tuesday as the record date.

As per the company's communique, the interim dividend will be paid with reference to the record date. "The Interim Dividend will be paid with reference to the 'Record Date' i.e. Tuesday, 06th February, 2024 fixed for the said purpose," the regulatory filing added.
