Fusion Micro Finance soars as Warburg Pincus' Honey Rose set to ink block deal

Fusion Micro Finance Share Price: Fusion Micro Finance shares are skyrocketting to over 7 per cent in morning deals on BSE on Thursday (December 14, 2023) on the back of the development that Warburg Pincus associate Honey Rose Icreation can strike a block deal with it. 

The Fusion Micro Finance stock was soaring 7.70 per cent, or Rs 43.20, at Rs 604.40 at 9:44 am on Thursday.

The spurt in volume of shares was 555.37 times.

What is Fusion Micro Finance block deal?

Private equity firm Warburg Pincus' associate Honey Rose Icreation Invt is set to offload its 93.5 lakh shares (9.25 per cent stake) in Fusion Micro Finance. 

Floor price fixed has been fixed at Rs 535/share (at a discount of 4.6 per cent discount from the current price).
