BCL Industries approves final dividend - Check amount and other details
According to the company, the dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid to shareholders within 30 days of the declaration of the same.
Ethanol maker BCL Industries has approved a 25 per cent or Rs 0.25 dividend per equity share of the face value of Re 1 each
"To approve and confirm the payment of Final Dividend of 25 paisa per equity share of face value of Rs.1/- each, for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2024," the company said in an exchange filing.

According to the company, the dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid to shareholders within 30 days of the declaration of the same.
The ethanol manufacturer has not announced the record date for this corporate action.
Earlier, the consolidated revenue from operations in January-March quarter of the financial year 2024 grew by around 40 per cent YoY to Rs 613 crore. The company's revenue stood at Rs 456 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
