Eicher Motors dividend: Royal Enfield maker announces 3700% dividend - check payment date

Eicher Motors dividend: Eicher Motors board has recommended a dividend of Rs 37 per equity share to the shareholders on Thursday. The payout translates to 3700 per cent against the face value of Re 1 per equity share.

"Recommended final dividend of Rs. 37/- per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 41st Annual General Meeting. The Dividend shall be paid/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of shareholders’ approval," the maker of Royal Enfield motorcycles said in an exchange filing.

Eicher Motors dividend: Payment Date

As per the exchange filing, Eicher Motors plans to pay the final dividend within 30 days from May 11, subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Eicher Motors Q4 Results

The company saw robust sales across domestic and global markets and reported an increase of Rs 906 crore or 49 per cent in its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2023.

The company had reported a net profit of Rs 610 crore in Q4 FY22.

In the exchange filing, the motorcycle maker said that its total revenue from operations rose to Rs 3,804 crore for the fourth quarter as compared with Rs 3,193 crore in the year-ago period.

For FY23, it posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 2,914 crore as compared to Rs 1,677 crore i had reported at the end of FY22.

Comapny's total revenue from operations for FY23 has risen to Rs 14,442 crore as against Rs 10,298 crore in the 2021-22 fiscal.
