ABB India dividend: Stock trades ex-date

ABB India dividend, ABB India ex-dividend date 2023: ABB India Ltd, NSE: ABB traded ex-date today, April 27. The Indian vertical of the Swedish-Swiss multinational corporation, ABB has announced a dividend of Rs 5.50 per share of face value of Rs 2 for the financial year ended December 31, 2022. 

"Recommendation of a dividend of Rs.5.50 per share (Rupees Five and Fifty paisa only) i.e. (275%) on 21,19,08,375 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.2/- each fully paid up for the
financial year ended December 31, 2022 subject to approval of Shareholders," the company's regulatory filing read. The dividend is subjected to the approval of shareholders at the company's 73rd Annual General Meeting that will be held today, April 21.

If approved, the payment date for the dividend will be dispatched after May 4. "The dividend, if declared at the 73rd Annual General Meeting, will be paid/dispatched after May 04, 2023," the company's regulatory filing read.
