Today, we will tell you about the two companies that have announced a whopping 3900 per cent dividend to their shareholders. The two companies are: KSB Limited and Sanofi India.

KSB Limited Dividend 

Pump and valve manufacturer, KSB Limited has announced a final dividend of a whopping 150 per cent. The Pune headquartered company will pay Rs 15 dividend per equity share to its shareholders bearing a face value of Rs 10 each.

The company has fixed April 28 as ex-date and record date.

KSB reported a jump of 41.9 per cent in net profit to Rs 55.9 crore for the quarter ended December 2022 compared with the corresponding period a year ago. Its revenue grew 18 per cent on a year-on-year basis to Rs 524.8 crore, according to a regulatory filing. Its margin - a key measure of profitability - improved by 190 basis points on a year-on-year basis to 14.6 per cent.

Sanofi India Dividend

Healthcare sector company Sanofi India has announced to pay a whopping 1940 per cent final dividend and 1830 per cent special dividend to its shareholders.

The Mumbai headquartered will pay a final dividend of Rs 194 per equity share and a second special dividend of Rs 183 per equity share bearing a face value of Rs 10 each.  

As per the company's communique, the dividend will be paid on or after May 22.

Earlier in August 2022, the company had paid a final dividend of Rs 193 per equity share. The company has payout a total dividend of Rs 570 for the financial year 2022. This includes a one-time special interim dividend, a second special dividend and a final dividend.

Sanofi India Q3 Results

Sanofi India's revenue fell 2.3 per cent to Rs 672 crore in the October-December 2022 quarter from Rs 688 crore in the same quarter last year. The company's EBITDA jumped 31.2 per cent to Rs 167 crore from Rs 127.2 crore in December last year. The company's net profit grew by 44.8 per cent to Rs 130.9 crore (YoY) from Rs 90.4 crore.
