Anup Engineering Limited has announced a bonus in the ratio of 1:1, i.e., a new fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 each for every one fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 each held by the existing members of the company.

Aster DM Healthcare dividend

Hospital chain Aster DM Healthcare has announced a special dividend of Rs 118 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10 for its shareholders. 

"Following deliberations, the Board of Directors approved declaration of a Special Dividend of INR 118/- per share on account of the receipt of proceeds from the sale of the GCC business and redemption of Redeemable Preference shares issued to the Company by Affinity Holdings Pvt Ltd , a wholly owned material subsidiary of the Company, on 49,95,13,060 equity shares of INR 10/- each payable to those shareholders whose names stand on the Register of Members of the Company as on the Record Date," the company said in an exchange filing dated April 12.

According to the filing, the record date for this purpose has been fixed as April 23.

The company has announced that the special dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of the declaration.

Fortis Malar Hospital dividend ex date

The small-cap company operating in Hospitals & allied services announced an interim dividend of Rs 40 per equity share for its shareholders. 

The company's regulatory filing dated April 12, said, "This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Fortis Malar Hospitals Limited (“the Company”) at their adjourned meeting held today inter-alia considered and approved declaration of Interim Dividend of Rs. 40/- (Rupees Forty only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each on the entire issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company of 1,87,41,759 equity shares of the nominal value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only) each."

The record date is fixed as April 23. 

Fortis Malar dividend payment date 

The dividend will be credited to the account of the shareholders, or the dividend warrant in respect thereof will be dispatched within 30 days from the date of its declaration.   

Vuenow Infratech dividend

Vuenow Infratech announced a dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity share for its shareholders with a record date of April 23.
