Delta Corp share price NSE, Delta Corp Q2 results 2023: Delta Corp shares gained sharply on Thursday, October 12, after the Mumbai-based company reported its financial results for the quarter ended September. The Delta Corp stock rose as much as four per cent to touch Rs 149 on NSE. After market hours on Wednesday, Delta Corp reported revenue of Rs 271 crore for the July-September period as against Rs 270 crore for the corresponding quarter a year ago. The company's profit after tax (PAT) for the September quarter stood at Rs 69.5 crore, up 1.8 per cent on a year-on-year basis. Giving up the day's gain, the counter settled at Rs 141.2, down Rs 1.75 or 1.22 per cent on NSE.

The company’s management said it is confident of a favourable outcome in the GST matter. Last month, the company received show-cause notices worth Rs 16,823 crore from GST authorities. Delta Corp also said no adjustments were made to the accompanying quarterly financial results. Along with the company’s quarterly financial results, the Delta Corp board approved the appointment of Anil Malani as President and Chief Financial Officer, and that of Manoj Jain as Chief Operating Officer, with effect from October 11, 2023.
