Dabur India dividend 2023: Board announces 275% payout—check out record date

Dabur India dividend 2023: Dabur India on Thursday, November 2 announced an interim dividend of Rs 2.75 per equity share of face value of Re 1 each, i.e., a 275 per cent payout for the financial year 2023-24. 

"We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today have declared Interim Dividend of Rs.2.75 per equity share having face value of Re. 1/- each (i.e., 275%) for the financial year 2023-24," the company in its regulatory filig read.

"We wish to inform you that the Company has fixed Friday, 10th November 2023 as record date for the purpose of ascertaining the name of Members/Beneficial Owners entitled to receive the Interim Dividend on equity shares for the Financial Year 2023-24," the company's regulatory filing said.
