D-Street Newsmakers: Zomato, NTPC, HDFC Bank among 10 stocks in spotlight today

Indian equities in Monday's trade ended firm amid broad-based buying. At the close, Sensex added 560 points or 0.77 per cent and settled at 73,648.62, while Nifty ended higher by 189.4 points or 0.86 per cent at 22,336.4.

Voltas:

Shares of the consumer durable company ended over6 per cent higher at Rs 1382.9 per share on the BSE after global brokerage UBS 

Zomato:

Zomato shares ended over 2 per cent higher at Rs 193.35 as the company hiked the platform fee in select cities.

HDFC Bank:

Shares of the private sector lender settled with a  cut of over 1 per cent at Rs 1512.3 even as the company's in-line profitability failed to woo investors 

TCPL:

Shares of the FMCG company ended over 3 per cent higher at Rs 1172.45 as the company is set to release its Q4 earnings tomorrow.

Sanghi Industries:

Shares of the company settled 0.55 per cent higher at Rs 94.6 on the company's proposal to raise Rs 2200 crore via preference shares.

Gujarat State Petronet:

Shares of the company ended  lower by over 19 per cent at Rs 303.8 as the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board ordered to significantly reduce the natural gas pipeline tariff.

Pavna Industries:

Shares of the auto ancillary firm ended locked in 5 per cent upper circuit at Rs 561.4 as the company inked an auto supply agreement with OLA Electric.

Wipro:

Shares of the company ended over 2 per cent higher at Rs 461.95 after the company's Q4 earnings released in the previous session.

ITI:

Shares of the company ended over 12 per cent higher at Rs 279.6 following a spurt in volume in the counter.

NTPC:

Shares of the company settled over 2 per cent lower at Rs 343.05  even as the company's arm inked an MoU with Indus Towers.
