Crisil Q1 Results: Rating agency declares 800% interim dividend; check out payment date here

Crisil dividend announcement: Rating agency Crisil on Tuesday declared a dividend of Rs 8 per share of the face value of Rs 1 each. The company's board set August 12, 2024, as the payment date for the dividend. 

In a statement, Crisil said, "The Board of Directors has also approved the payment of Second Interim dividend of Rs. 8 per equity share of face value of Re 1 each, for the financial year ending December 31, 2024, which will be paid on August 12, 2024."
