2100% dividend for FY23: This FMCG major fixes record date - Do you own?

Colgate Palmolive Dividend Record Date 2023, Colgate Palmolive Share Price NSE BSE: Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd (NSE: COLPAL) has fixed a record date for the payment of interim dividend, if declared by the Board of Directors. The FMCG major has also informed in an exchange filing that the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from September 29, 2023.

"..the trading window is closed from September 29, 2023 and the same shall open 48 hours after the aforesaid Results are made public," the company said in an exchange filing. 

Colgate Palmolive Interim Dividend Record Date

The FMCG major has fixed November 6, 2023 as the record date for payment of interim dividend, if declared by the Board of Directors. A meeting has been scheduled for October 26, 2003 to decide the interim dividend among other things. 

"A Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2023, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023, and to consider the declaration of interim dividend (if any)," the filing reads

Shares of  Colgate-Palmolive (India) were trading at Rs 2060.10, down by around 0.47 per cent, in the opening session.
