Coforge's board to meet on this date to consider fund-raising plan

Coforge board of directors, Coforge board meeting: IT solutions company Coforge's board meeting is scheduled to be held on Saturday, March 16, to consider plans to raise funds. The funds will be raised through the issuance of equity shares or other eligible securities through permissible modes, including, but not limited to a private placement, a qualified institutions placement (QIP), preferential issue, or any other method or combination of methods as may be permitted under applicable laws, if approved.

"Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024, to inter alia consider and approve the proposal for raising of funds by way of issuance equity shares or any other eligible securities through permissible modes, including but not limited to a private placement, a qualified institutions placement, preferential issue, or any other method or combination of methods as may be permitted under applicable laws, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required and the approval of shareholders of the
Company and to approve ancillary actions," said the company's regulatory filing dated March 13.
