Coal India dividend 2023 record date, Coal India share price NSE: Shares of Coal India edged lower as the coal major traded ex-dividend on Friday, August 18. Coal India shares fell as much as over 2 per cent to touch the day's low of Rs 227 on the NSE after dividend adjustments. Coal India shares finished down 0.55 per cent at Rs 227.05 apiece on NSE. The central public sector undertaking (CPSU) announced a final dividend of Rs 4 per equity share. i.e., a 40 per cent payout for the financial year 2022–23, subject to the approval of the members in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company. Besides, August 18 is also the fixed record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of members for payment of the final dividend.
