Coal India dividend 2024, Coal India Q4 results 2024 date: Coal India, the state-run coal mining company, is set to report its March quarter (Q4 FY24) results today, May 2. Along with the quarterly results, the PSU will consider and approve final dividend for Financial Year 2023-24 if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). 

"Board of Directors of the company will be held on Thursday, the 2nd May’2024 inter-alia to consider, approve and take on record Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the 4th quarter and year ended 31st Mar’ 2024 after the results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board," the company informed the exchanges through a filing dated April 17.
